We are an owner/operator business and take each and every transaction and each and every animal on our products very seriously. We strive to make our products work for you and your horses, if you are not satisfied we will refund your full purchase price within 30 days with the return of the unused EquiBind or with a photo of the donation receipt to a 501c3 animal charity. Please contact us to receive simple instructions for how to manage a return.

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is paramount to us, because of that we will not have autofill option for any reorders payment preference. We apologize for the inconvenience but feel that your finical information is more important than that convivence.
